There should be a tutorial song named "tutorial.bmx" in the installation pack. It's probably in a directory that is named "demosongs" or "songs" - should be in the directory buzz is installed to.
It is actually an empty track but there is a tutorial written into the "blahblah" (F10) section. It's old but it should give you some idea how to start.
After that go to BuzzManual.com for more info. Also try help/contents from menus in buzz - f1.
