ErsCowbell (ErsDrums 1.2)

The cowbell sound consists of a decaying metallic sound.

• Decay (ms) is the decay time of the amplitude of the metallic sound.
  Decay (0000=10 ms, 4000=25 ms, 8000=40 ms)
• Gain (dB) is the output gain.
